Main House 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath	$2,500.00 per week Rate based on 4 guests $75.00 per night, per additional guest	$2,100.00 per week Rate based on 4 guests $50.00 per night, per additional guest
Cottage 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath	$1,100.00 per week. 1 to 2 guests	$700.00 per week 1 to 2 guests
Main House and Cottage together	$4,400.00 per week. Rate based on 8 guests $75.00 per night, per additional guest	$3,500.00 per week Rate based on 8 guests $50.00 per night, per additional guest

12.5% Hotel Tax
Preparation: $150 Main House / $100 Cottage
50% Deposit required at time of booking – Balance due 15 days prior to arrival.
100% Refund if canceled 90 days prior to stay.
A damage deposit may be requested. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage.
